PLM Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end PLM implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and design tailored PLM solutions.
• Develop Technical Documentation: Create functional specifications, workflows, and integration designs to support successful deployments.
• Oversee Data Migrations: Design and execute strategies to migrate data from legacy systems to PLM while maintaining data integrity.
• Customize PLM Solutions: Configure workflows, templates, and reports to meet customer-specific needs.
• Provide Post-Deployment Support: Deliver expert-level support during go-live and post-deployment phases, ensuring seamless transitions
• Stay Updated on PLM Features: Keep abreast of new features and updates to enhance solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Team Members: Guide junior consultants and contribute to their professional development.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• PLM Expertise: 5+ years of experience with PLM systems—at least 2 years focused on cloud-based PLM.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with SaaS platforms, data migration, and system integration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to develop effective technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or product lifecycle management processes.
• ERP Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with PLM platforms.
• Advanced Cloud Knowledge: Proficiency in Cloud-based, enterprise-level PLM configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
• Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple complex projects in dynamic environments.
