Randy Pettit brings over 40 years of experience in the computer software and enterprise PLM solutions industries. As President, Randy specializes in guiding organizations through complex PLM implementations, optimizing business processes, and enhancing cross-functional team collaboration to drive sustainable growth.
Randy’s career began as an Engineer at GTE and Design Engineer at Lockheed, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering and technical problem solving. His early experiences informed his leadership roles, that include Director of Professional Services at Sherpa Corporation and President of Domain Systems, where he established the company as a leader in PLM solutions.
Randy is recognized for building strategic partnerships and leading professional services that deliver impactful results for clients across manufacturing and software sectors.
Randy is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in engineering.

Jeff Nichols has over 30 years of experience in management, consulting, and professional services leadership. As Vice President of Professional Services at Domain Systems, he specializes in driving business transformation and operational improvements through enterprise software solutions, with a focus on PLM and cross-functional team leadership.
Jeff’s career highlights includes key roles, such as Consulting Manager at A.T. Kearney and Consulting Principal at Aether Consulting, where he developed expertise in strategic consulting and process optimization. He has a proven track record of guiding complex PLM implementations that have fostered long-term client relationships. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Utah.

Maggie Snellgrove brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and operational leadership within the PLM industry. As Vice President of Operations at Domain Systems, Maggie specializes in Agile and Propel PLM solutions, focusing on driving growth and operational efficiency for clients in various sectors. Her extensive background includes strategic sales leadership, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of Oracle Agile and Cloud PLM solutions.
Maggie also contributes as a Principal, helping to shape Domain Systems’ strategic vision and ensuring alignment with evolving market needs. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the PLM space, working with organizations to streamline product lifecycle management processes. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Ben Banford is the Vice President of Sales at Domain Systems, with over 12 years of expertise in enterprise PLM solutions and service sales. He specializes in building strategic partnerships and collaborating with manufacturers to implement PLM systems that optimize enterprise workflows and drive measurable supply chain results. Ben’s proven track record includes building strategic partnerships and leading high-performing sales teams.
As Principal, Ben helps guide Domain Systems’ market strategy and ensures a client-focused approach to growth. His career spans key roles, from Sales Director of Oracle PLM/SCM Solutions at Domain Systems to specialized PLM sales at D3 Technologies. Ben holds a degree in technical sales from Weber State University.
